Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: 90-Day Finding on a Petition to List the Eastern Population of the Gopher Tortoise as Threatened

I fully support the proposed listing of the eastern population of the gopher tortoise under the Endangered Species Act in light of the destruction of tortoise burrows to catch rattlesnakes. Gopher tortoises and rattlesnakes are important components to shrinking the ecosystems (due to anthropogenic influences).
