Please publicly display and send me a reply via email, who or what team along with their credentials, was involved in the tragic mishap of manipulating the water PH on the ponds where this endangered species breeds and lays eggs. Release the findings on this site, and have them ready to be passed out at the meetings, that suggest that this may be the cause of a breakout of disease in the frogs. Who was in charge of that decision taking responsibility? As a laymen, I find it suspect that one or a team with scientific knowledge, would fill an alkaline pond with acidic water when attempting to preserve the species that utilizes that pond. Describe the disease, how many frogs and tadpoles were affected, and what was learned and modified by this tragic error. How many of these frogs are in captivity to attempt to preserve them? In detail how will having a home loan affiliated with the federal government Fanny May or Freddy Mack, affect the application of the Endangered and Threatened Wildlife plan to their property now and in the future? If our mortgage insurance or other insurance are through federal Government in part or in whole, how will that affect the property usability by owners as applicable to Endangered And threatened species act? If someone crossbreeds animals and creates a new species how will that affect the future land ownership and useability if they are new or endangered or threatened? How many species are currently being looked at, in Mississippi and America, as being endangered or threatened? How will that affect land ownership? Who/what has more rights to the property and the development of property, The property owner or an animal (s)? I would like 2 public hearing on this issue in differing times of days and day of the week and at different locations for optimal public participation. Every address that might be affected plus a 2 mile buffer zone should be notified by a mailing to that address to inform them of the meetings/
