Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: Designation of Critical Habitat for Mississippi Gopher Frog

I am strongly opposed to the proposed rule setting aside private property in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana as critical habitat for the Mississippi Gopher Frog. Since no specimens exist on this land, setting aside same for the potential habitation of a species sets a terrible precedent and is against the basic principles of our constitution.
