i dont bellieve this project maks sense at all in so many ways. they have exploding leaking oil wells in profusion in this area. why should national taxpayers fall for this plan? certainly louisiana currently wants oil rigs all over the place. birds cant live in that kind of environment. why should national taxpayers put birds in a habitat that does not let them live healthfully? those birds will be drenched inoil and die horrible deaths. the habitat is not suitable. the effort, time and money is wasted with such aproject. the citizens of this area are not respectful of birds or any wildlife creatures. they allow hunting of every animal known to mankind. then they let their habitat be filled with pollutants that kill. this is no sane project for ameircan taxpayers at all. put birds where people will respect their lives only i am sick and tired of putting animals where hunters kill them and the habitat is sick and polluted.
