The wood stork should not be taken off the endangered species list. While the nesting populations have maintained the 3,000 required nesting numbers for three years, this is a paltry number compared to what the wood stork's nesting number where during the 1930's. Three years is not long enough to prove the wood storks are making a true, strong comeback.
