Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: Establishment of Manatee Refuge in Kings Bay, Citrus County, FL

The further protection of Manatees in the Kings Bay area is necessary. This species has been studied for years and its fate depend on us to protect the habitat they need to survive. Please implement the proposed rule.
