Please get off the back of industry that is trying desperately to create jobs. Your proposed rule making, in my humble opinion, does absolutely NOTHING to enhance the well-being of people. It may possibly enhance the well-being of insignificant critters, but not that of people. When you and your sister agencies propose regulations such as this, it encumbers my ability to get a job. Please stop and back off!!!
