My concern is the program , although well being, is driven by the enviro left to nail another nail in King Coal's Coffin. We had better wake up as a nation and strike a balance between self sufficient energy, at a cost we can afford and ways that protection cutails or stops it. What is your plan for saving the endangered when an extensive drought occurs and dries up the habitat? What is keeping canoe boaters from striking the protected with their paddles?
