I have reviewed all materials provided to me by FWS relative to the Proposed Critical Habitat of the Rush Darter, Etheostoma phytophillum. The data used in the proposal relative to the taxonomy, population models, and for supportive biological and ecological information for the Rush Darter are sound and well-documented.
