Comment on FR Doc # 2012-12572

I oppose the Endangered and Threatend Wildlife and Plants proposal. This proposal would created a more Endangered and Threatened species called the Landowners and their rights and way of life. The Van Buren County economy would be devestated by such proposal as so many rely on the river as their income and resources anywhere from farming to leisure activities (i.e fishing, hunting, chuckwagon races etc) The holes in the economic impact report that was released, did not have enough sufficient information gathered and not all aspects of the economy were looked at. The holes in the actual research of the river was only 1% of the river that was surveyed and especially the infringements on the rights of the landowners and citizens.
