To list this reptile would wreak havoc on forest management In the most productive timberland in the world. The listing is not warranted by the facts. Establishment Of Longleaf pine stands and improving habitat By fire, herbicides and mulching to allow native Grasses, rodents and gopher tortises to Prosper Will solve the problem if any. Continue to subsidize Longleaf burning and herbicide and the problem Will go away . Mike Smith
