Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: Designation of Critical Habitat for the Northwest Atlantic Ocean Distinct Population Segment of the Loggerhead Sea Turtle

THE ENTIRE EAST COAST OF THE USA SHOULD BE CONSIDERED HABITAT FOR THIS SPECIES. ALSO ANY FISH PROFITEER OR PERSON WHO CATCHES ONE OF THESE TURTLES SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO A FINE OF $500,000 FOR DOING SO AS A FIRST OFFENSE. THE SECOND OFFENSE SHALL INCLUDE SEIZURE OF BOAT AND JAIL FOR 5 YEARS. IT IS TIME WE PROTECT SPECIES, NOT DO A DANCE AROUND THIS ISSUE. WE NEED FINES THAT WORK BECAUSE THERE ARE PLENTY OF VENAL PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO KILL AND KILL AND KILL WITH IMPUNITY. WE NEED TO CLEAN UP THIS BRUTAL, VICIOUS INDUSTRY OF KILLING TURTLES.
