What you are proposing is commendable but why does it stop at the beginning of Broward County? Broward County is one of the largest sea turtle nestng habitats particularly in the Fort Lauderdale area which is excluded from your proposal. Last year a certain organization rescued more then 25,000 hatchlings which disoriented due to lack of protection and lighting ordinance enforcement. We need this proposal to be extended all the way threw Broward County to the Dade County border. Please do more then consider expanding the boundaries by actually expanded it to an area that matters very greatly. Thank you!!
