It is unfair to th elynx and to the taxpayers of the fabolous State of Colorado not to be included in your Critical Habitat program to help the endangered lynx. We reintroduce them, care for them and plan to protect them. To exlude Eagle County, Colroado from your program is a big mistake. Are you aware that Eaglo County opens and closes their ski mountains based on the reproductive cycle of their wild habitants and not in whether there is snow or temperature to produce snow is right. For being so rightfull, the Federal Government punish us by excluding us from their protection plans. Great format to encourage the community.
