re fws 2008-0026 rin 1018-av78 protecting the lynx i believe habitat wherever a lynx is seen should be considered habitat that is protected for the lynx. it is clear that any proposal that considers any habitat suitable should be protected for the lynx to live. it is also clear that in colorado the lynx has been wiped out by ski areas, which is absolutely wrong. we need to protect the ecology from develoeprs. i believe fws is doing a very very poor job of doing that. it seems like they work for the develoipers, not the public at all.
