Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Revised Critical Habitat for the Contiguous United States Distinct Population Segment of the Canada Lynx (Lynx canadensis)

Under the Endangered Species Act, the government is required to identify critical habitat important not just to protect lynx where they presently exist but to recover lynx across their historic range. Please provide for recovery of the lynx by including quality habitat in northeast Washington’s Columbia Highlands, which has been identified by scientists as crucial for lynx recovery.
