I am greatly against any further protection of the Preble's Meadow Jumping Mouse. I believe there is insufficient evidence of this animal's uniqueness and therefore its requirement for protection. As a landowner who may be affected by this ruling, this will adversely impact my property value and make future land development difficult or impossible.
