Please see attached comments from Western Energy Alliance on the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service’s (FWS) Notice of Revised Proposal of Critical Habitat and associated draft Economic Analysis of Proposed Designation of Critical Habitat for three Colorado plants. In these comments, we request the FWS to extend the deadline to file comments by at least an additional 120 days until August 24, 2012.
