There needs to be a compromise on protecting the sage grouse areas. To block off such a large area against motorized and non-motorized vehicles is too extensive. Establishing trails that permit these uses in the areas, especially trails that are already established is a way to protect the grouse and keep the area open for recreation. I have been to many of these areas and there are far more areas that do not have trails or are disturbed by trail activiies than there are trails or disturbed areas. Please keep this open to motorized and non-motorized recreation.
