If this rule is implemented, I feel it will unjustly curtail access to these areas and effect the outdoor recreation and the economys of the towns in these counties. In light of the general economy I feel this rule would hurt these rural towns and the businesses in them which depend on the outdoor recreationist. I believe this should not happen.
