the alleged "subsistence" has been getting bigger and bigger and bigger. nowhere else in america are people allowed to raid national lands for their subsistence. it is time to get the people in ak off this subsistence, particualrly when they already get very high oil money to live on. we need to cut allowable subsistence on a year by year basis - l0% every year.
