The conservation for all animals in our world is vital to the earth. We need to ensure these animals of our world are safe, properly cared for, and their lifelines never run out. The poplar bear is an animal that is considered a vulnerable species for extinction. some say it has to due to the elevating increase of warmth in their Arctic Circle, yet there are many contributing factors. I think this proposed rule should be executed solely for the safety and well being of the polar bear. Their habitat is very important to the conservation of this animal, and for its physical and mental well being. The proper actions and protocol need to be handled. The inspection of their habitat was not fully done properly, and I think that this animal deserves the stamp of approval on a home that will nurture and ensure their species of bear for hopefully a long time. Once everything is on order and every t is crossed, it will better conserve and manage the polar bear with a holistic report for this species. I wish to see this inspection of their habitat fully investigated and done the proper way to ensure the stability of the polar bear, and its rein to remain on this earth!
