I am in complete agreement with the final rule to extend the compliance date for the final rule that revised the list of nonrural areas identified by the Federal Subsistence Board on May 7, 2007. I am in agreement that the FSB review its processes for determining the rural and non rural status of communities. I again agree that is in the public’s interest to extend the compliance date of the 2007 final rule until the review is complete or in 5 years, whichever comes first. I believe after the review period of the the rural nonrural determination process, that there will be different outcomes.
