I agree with the final rule to extend the compliance date for the final rule that revised the list of non-rural areas identified by the Federal Subsistence Board on May 7, 2007. I agree that the FSB review its processes for determining the rural and non-rural status of communities. I also agree that it is in the public's interest to extend the compliance date of the 2007 final rule until the review is complete or in 5 years, whichever comes first. I believe after the review period of the rural non-rural determination process, that there will be different outcomes.
