this proposal is lousy and needs to be turned down and denied. both ag sec and interior sec are known to be wildlife and animal haters imo and seem to never have any decency or compassion for wildlife or birds. i have not seen any evidence of them having any at any time. both agencies seem to be pimping for the nra, an ugly ugly group of killes and violence prone people with a need to kill and murder. i have a proposal to submit to stop killing all wildlife and birds and to ban all such wildlife/bird murder. i propose each section of this bill be changed to ban all wildlife/bird killing by anybody. a. this bill effects 100 million. b. the proposal rule has no compasson for god's creatures and their will to live too. mankind has taken over 95%of allland and wildife has a right to live on land to sustain itself too. they have equal rights. c. this proposed rule only benefits profiteers,not the general populatino of the us and this rule shoudl be for the 315 million people who live in this country, not just for this one states enrichment. d. this proposal is ethically and morally disgusting and nothing but govt authroized murder.
