I feel that listing pygmy rabbits is ridiculous. Probably the only vehicles that cause a problem are cars and trucks on the highway. We would now be a criminal if we ran over a rabbit? There are a lot more pressing subjects to worry about. How about spending this money on a homeless shelter? Larry Ulrich
