i oppose spending any taxpayer dollars on this effort since the hunting population in this country loves to kill these birds. restoring their populations makes absolutely no economic sence since this agency and other state fish and game agencies love to list this species as a prime target to be shot to death. i consider restoring populations so they can act as live targets for perverted, sadistic gun wacko killers, full of violence and bloodlust, to be an exercise in futiligy. i also am of the belief that this govt agency serves as a private hunting club allowing all of these species to be shot to death for money and greed. it is disgusting and obscene and needs to be stopped this agency should be representing all of the citizens of the united states, not just these perverted, obscene gun wackos full of violence and bloodlust. i do not want tax dollars spent to raise one more bird to be used as a live target to be shot to death. this is an obscene business. i do not believe our country should go along with this perversion and obscenity.
