I DO NOT TRUST APHIS TO CAREFULLY ENOUGH EVALUATE THIS PROPOSAL. I THINK THIS AGENCY IS EXTREMELY SLOPPY AND HAS MADE NUMEROUS MISTAKES IN THE PAST WHICH HAS HARMED THE AMERICAN PUBLIC. I OPPOSE THIS MOVE AND PROPOSAL.
