To Whom it may concern:
This letter is in regards to the Red legged Frog saga. As a Tax payer I find that
the Govt. agency in charge of this "Endangered Species" is wasting our Tax
dollars.I oppose any further need for saving this amphibian that is naturally elusive
(always has been and always will be), my father n law's mother came here
from France in 1905 and established her home in the hills of Santa Barbara
county, they carved out a living raising livestock and creating ponds and
devoloping springs, where the frog has established itself. Now our livelyhood,
(three generations later) is at stake due to this fact that we created a enviroment
for which they can continue to perpatuate, however as cattle ranchers we are
being squeezed out of these very places, due to restrictions that have been placed
on us for grazing rights. So our way of life is "Endangered" could you please
consider putting us on the list.Sincerely, Teresa Garcin, Cattle Rancher
