While I do not want to see any wildlife become extinct, this one is already
extinct in the areas you want to designate as possible areas for them to live.
I spoke to a wildlife biologist who explained to me that anywhere the Bullfrog
lives, the redlegged frog will be food for them. Believe me when I tell you
that here in Calaveras County there are plenty of bullfrogs.
Since we are having a fiscal crisis and making anymore hardships on anyone is a
stupid thing to do, I believe that this "setting aside" areas is a futile and
expensive endeavor.
