As indicated on the attachment, the original habitat area excluded a strip of land east of Llano Road that I have shown highlighted in yellow. Property in that strip near the 116 sign represented by AP#060-060-036,041,042 and 057 and 062-220-001,002,003,004 and 030 have now been added to the new map.
To our knowledge, no study of this new strip has ever been made. It appears the strip's inclusion was simply to make it easier to define by Llano Road. Thus it appears an arbitrary addition.
A permit for vineyard production within this area was granted some two years ago within the strip area.
It is respectfully requested the "strip" area be removed and returned to the original lines because of it's addition being based on convenience rather than new evidence of necessity for inclusion.
