See attached Comment Letter Synopsis: REQUESTED ACTION The Town of Windsor requests that the final critical habitat boundary be modified to specifically exclude all lands within the Windsor Town limits. Developed lands within the other cities on the Santa Rosa Plain (Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Cotati) have been excluded in the revised proposed critical habitat designation and the Town requests that developed areas in Windsor be treated in the same way. This request is not merely based on similar treatment, but is based on the fact that the developed lands within the Town do not provide the physical or biological features essential for the conservation of the species.
