I live in the Roblar Rd area and support the inclusion of this area in the Critical Habitiat.
I would like Fish and Wildlife to consider that part of this area is in the Americano watershed, while most of the Critical Habitat is in the Santa Rosa Plain. If a project impacts Tiger Salamanders in the americano watershed, shouldn't any mitigation have to be done in the Americano watershed as well?
I attached a file that has a report from a biologist our group hired to look at a site on Roblar Rd which has a proposed development for a rock quarry. This site has Tiger Salamanders, Red legged frogs, Badgers and Burrowing Owls. None of the official surveys note the burrowing owls, but I have seen them while out hiking. Please protect this area.
Thank You
