Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Designation of Critical Habitat for Ambrosia pumila

Ambrosia pumila definitely needs critcal habitat designated for it. The County of San Diego over at Sweetwater Gorge has a fenced area full of weeds supposedly to preserve this plant??? Obviously the poor plant did not have a chance. We need not only designated habitat but a way to keep areas open for this plant, so it will survive.
