I oppose the proposed actions concerning the Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: Revised Critical Habitat for the Arroyo Toad (Anaxyrus californicus) (Document ID FWS-R8-ES-2009-0069-0001). Gating, closing, and prohibiting public access to habitat areas of the Arroyo Toad does not ensure the survival of the species
