listing the horned lizard as threatened is a positive idea to protect its habitat and many other species that need protection from development and recreation fanatics that will destroy these areas that are the homes to the small and large creatures and have no representation in the government other than the decision of bureacrats as to the fate of their exsistance.living in a desert area and seeing the lizard that was scarce in 50 years ago in good times and seeing it become nonexsistant do to development doesn't speak well of it's available habitat elsewhere which maybe it's last remaining area.
