I am a biologist in San Diego and I conducted a Hermes Copper survey over this property in North Jamul per the draft Survey Protocol by Faulkner, Klein and Osborne (2008). Given the location of this property in an area that was not burned during the 2003 or 2007 wildfires, I felt the information might be pertinent during the USFWS review of the status of the species.
