Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: 12-Month Petition Finding and Proposed Listing of Arctostaphylos franciscana as Endangered

The proposed rule listing Arctostaphylos franciscan as endangered should be approved. The intent of the Endangered Species Act is to preserve species in the wild, not just in zoos or other areas where they exist only in cultivation.
