Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: 12-Month Petition Finding and Proposed Listing of Arctostaphylos franciscana as Endangered

There is only one known Arctostaphylos franciscana in the wild. The species was believed to be completely extinct until its miraculous rediscovery at the end of 2009. Of course this plant should be listed as Endangered, and protected accordingly.
