Comments regarding your economic impact statement on Klamath and Lost River sucker habitat:

From Jacqui Krizo
You seem to ignore the impact to individual farmers, grazers and loggers, and their employees and communities. Your proposed critical habitat designation clearly states that you think there was sucker stress with low water in Clear Lake and you will be focusing on possible lake level management, and stream flows, in every area designated, and imposing water quality mandates which would affect logging, grazing, agriculture, and anything possibly getting some sediment or cow poop in the water. You find the need to put more ag land into wetlands and expand your lakes and reservoirs.
Also, what are the costs for the consultants that will be required of farmers, ranchers and loggers to carry on their normal business, and what will be required of the public at large. What defines an impact? Who determines? What will the mitigation fees be?
