i oppose delisting these 6 species. i believe fws is a gun wacko agnecy at this point devoted to devouring all species on earth and protecting nothing at all. please send me a copy of the information pacific legal sent you. you made no real reference to anything concrete they said in teh proposal that documents why you believe they are so correct. one has to wonder at your easy acceptance of their petition. it is clear that what you have recounted in thisproposal shows no iinformation from pacific legal that verifies delisting in any way. certainly the negative impact of so many illegal immigrants into california driving up their population has negatively impacted the environment for these natural species that require protected land. one has to wonder at the unreality exhibited in your evaluationof what increased population does to native species.
