I strongly oppose this proposed rule to designate critical habits for various frogs, particularly in the eastern Sierras. My family and I have vacationed in this area for over 40 years. We hike, fish, backpack and ride horses in the area. This rule would essentially stop almost all recreation in the area as well as shut down many small resorts, lodges, packstations and small businesses in the area. This land is public and should be available to the public.
