Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: Designation of Critical Habitat for the Sierra Nevada Yellow-legged Frog, the Northern Distinct Population Segment of the Mountain Yellow-legged Frog, and the Yosemite Toad

I strongly oppose the designing of this area for critical habitat. Keeping people out of these areas will not cure the frogs problems since it is a fungus that is doing them in. This proposal does nothing to help frogs and only decimates the rights of people to access and enjoy the proposed areas.
