public comment on endangered status for petrels and shearwater attention mary cogliano and kenneth stansell a l98l petition was registered with this office and this is 2007. talk about negligence in getting around to finding species endangered - that is this agency which sits on its butts in protection of species. i support fullest protection for these species and every other bird species in america. this agency however seems to be under the management of the gun wacko business and the protections that should be in place are not because the gun wackos like to murder and kill birds and wildlife for their "fun". how disgusting and depraved that is. this is 2007. its time to protect what we have for our children instead of allowing dangerously unstable people who need to go out to kill for their "fun". i also object to the attempt of this agency to shut out the public, who uses e mail daily. e mail use has been ENCOURAGED BY THE US GOVT SO WHY IS THIS AGENCY ATTEMPTING TO SHUT OUT THE PUBIC WHO USES E MAIL IN MAKING COMMENTS ON THE WORK OF THIS GOVT AGENCY. SNAIL MAIL IS SUBJECT TO ANTHRAX - WHY ARE YOU ENCOURAGING THE USE OF THAT IN THIS DAY AND AGE. FWS IS NOT ACTING IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES THESE DAYS.
