Please do not do this and prevent us (breeders)from selling these cockatoos across state lines.They are certainly not endangered in this country and that is because good breeders raise them. Why make life more difficult for us with more regulations? The only thing you will acomplish is more breeders whill go out of business and fewer birds will be hatched!
