Marco Festa-Bianchet's Comment Hi Emily, I have reviewed this document. I agree with the proposed rule, in the past the IUCN Caprinae Specialist Group has always supported the conservation initiatives in the Torghar Hills area, including limited hunting of markhor and urial. This move by the US F&W will further conservation of markhor and their habitat. I do not have any additional information to provide. I find your report complete and accurate.
