the public knows that the natural beauty and usefulness of the natural environment is not being given its proper economic benefit to this nation. i am afraid that if an economic analysis with the goofy way our govt agencies act that the natural benefits of open space are not being given proper economic benefit which is in the billions if not trillions of dollars. trees give us air to breathe, they control flooding and erosion and provide homes for birds and wildlife, which spread seeds. trees prevent heat islands which is critical in climate change imee. all natural things give the people beneift. crooked politiians far too often are looking for wha they can get out of our natural lands, and they sometimes set up processes that try to hide the damage they do to natural lands so that the crooks can get money for the damage to the natural open space. this directive is highly questionable since obama and his cabinet have been hell on the environment. the assaults have been tremendous in the last 4 years. they pimp for all the destructive miners and drillers and loggers in this country. environmental record of this administration haas not been good. i do not support any changes that are proposed here. i do not think the propposed changes ae clear to help our open space which is owned by every citizen in this nation. we want clarity to protect and preserve the land we own for our kids. we want thos e corporate oil profiteers with their $200 million retirement plans to be kept out of decimating our open spac that we have saved in nps, fs and fws land,
