Please don't do this. Keep the species as is, or make sure that all continue to be protected. Burros in this region are often mistreated, and if unprotected will meet the same fate as the crammed truckloads of horses being shipped to Mexico for slaughter and consumption (yes, this really happens.). They are a part of history out here, and should not be allowed to disappear.
