IT IS PURE FAKERY TO SAY PRIVATE LANDOWNERS TRULY PROTECT SPECIES. THAT IS ONLY WHILE THEY GET MONEY FOR DOING IT AND THEY HAVE NO OTHER USE FOR THE LAND. THIS IS NONSENSE PROGRAM THAT HAS ALOT OF STEALING AND ROBBERY CONNECTED WITH IT. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. IT IS NOT WORKING AND THE MONEY IS BEING WASTED BY EMPLOYEES OF THIS AGENCY. THE BUDGET FOR THIS PROGRAM SHOULD BE ZERO. SIMPLY MAKE THE SPECIES PROTECTED TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE. THEN MAKE THE PUNISHMENT FOR VIOLATING THE LAW THE HIGHEST LIKE SEIZING THE LAND FROM THE VIOLATING OWNER OF THE LAND AND PUTTING THE LANDOWNER IN PRISON FOR 25 YEARS. ITS TIME THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY GET TOUGH WITH PEOPLE WHO DONT OBEY THE LAW OF THE LAND.
