the public has a hard time commenting because vanessa ? forgot to put this promptly on reglations.gov. i put in the fws numbers and nothingi was oipen to comment on. when these are published in the federal register, the regulations.gov website shoudl be completely ready immediately for the public to pose. not everybody is lazy and cant get to it. i want all species of macaws fully protected. it is my opinion that fws is very negligent in protecting any species at all. you have to go to court and fight them to saveand protect anything even thought their charter says that is what they shoudl be doiong. i think we dont get enough work out of the lazybodies in this dept, who are very lax and negligent in protection of any species. i thnk we need new personnel who understand that is what they are supposed to do. and i also dont like the way you have to prove to this agency that climate change is doing a number on all species. every single species has to contend with the most predatory specieson earth - mankind, especially if money is involved, and also with climate change which gives no favors. it takes away food, it takes away homes for wildlife. WHY DO WE HAVE TO PROVE THIS TO THIS STUPID AGENCY EVERY SINGLE TIME. THIS IS A DOUBLE WHAMMY ON WILDLIFE AND IS DISASTROUS. ITTAKES AWAY THEIR WATER AND FOOD. THIS SHOULD BE A GIVEN THAT CLIMATE CHANGE IS DISASTROUS AND THE PBULIC SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PROVE IT TO FWS EVERY TIME A PROTECTION ISSUE COMES UP.
